FREEDOM OF SPEECH or RIGHT TO
DOES NOT MEAN OR CONDONE INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE OR TERRORISM
We already have the Laws in place the question is over the last 2 years with the
1)Free Palestine marches (inciting violence and supporting terrorism )
2) public celebrations in front of the Sydney opera house by Radical ISLAMIC HATE PREACHERS upon the murdering of 1,200 jews on 7th October 2023
3) Public mourning of the Ayatollah (Mass murderer of 40,000 plus of their own people) and Global HQ of terrorism in AUSTRALIAN MOSQUES
THE QUESTION IS WHY ISNT THERE ARRESTS AND DEPORTATIONS GOING ON ACCORDING TO THE EXISTING AUSTRALIA LAW ?
regarding Incitement and Terrorism ?
Laws protecting against treason, advocating, and inciting violence are set out in Chapter 5 (Division 80) of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth).
The right to peaceful assembly protects the right of individuals and groups to meet for a common purpose or in order to exchange ideas and information, to express their views publicly and to hold a peaceful protest. The right extends to all gatherings for peaceful purposes, regardless of the degree of public support for the purpose of the gathering. However, the right applies only to peaceful assemblies, not to those involving violence. https://www.ag.gov.au/rights-and-protections/human-rights-and-anti-discrimination/human-rights-scrutiny/public-sector-guidance-sheets/right-freedom-assembly-and-association
